Cancellation Policy

To best serve our clients, we require a 24-hour notice to cancel or change any appointments in order to avoid a fee. Appointments changed or canceled in less than 24-hour notice, will be subject to a 50% service charge fee in order to book future appointments. Appointments no-showed will be subject to a 100% service charge fee in order to book future appointments.

Late policy

Life happens! We get it- we've all been there!
Thats what we allow a grace period of 15 minutes. However, if it's more than 15 minutes, you may be asked to reschedule or alter you appointment in order to respect our next guest.
